What we collect

Account information you give us directly: name, work email, organization, and billing details processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

Material you submit with a request: past emails, talking points, links, and notes. We use this only to write and revise your drafts.

Donor data

We do not need your donor file to write your email, and we ask you not to send it. If you connect an email platform, we request the narrowest scope that lets us deliver drafts into your account.

If donor data reaches us anyway, we treat it as confidential, do not copy it out of the originating system, and delete it on request.

How we use it

To write your drafts, improve them based on your feedback, run your account, and contact you about your service. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your material with other clients.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account records while your subscription is active and for as long afterward as tax and recordkeeping obligations require. You can request deletion of your submitted material at any time by emailing us.
